III Our Story

One kitchen's craft.
Rooted in Mongolia.

A signature chicken and burger brand, built on one idea: hand-bread every thigh and cook every order with Mom's sincerity.

The Philosophy

A burger is just a burger — until someone makes it with care.

Mom's Touch was started in 2004 by a small team who refused to cut corners. No formed patties. No factory-breaded chicken. No compromise on freshness.

Twenty years later, Mom's Touch is one of the most trusted chicken burger brands in the category — not because we scaled, but because we kept the recipe the same.

When we arrived in Mongolia, we brought the whole standard with us: whole thighs, signature sauces, and the same hand-breading that started it all.

Three Pillars

What makes a Mom's Touch burger, a Mom's Touch burger.

PILLAR 01

Whole-thigh, hand-breaded.

Every Mom’s Touch burger starts with one whole thigh — never pressed or formed. Each patty is hand-breaded in-store, the way it has always been done.

PILLAR 02

Fresh vegetables, every morning.

Lettuce, tomatoes, and onions are cut fresh each day. Our signature sauces are developed in-house — twenty years of chicken burger craft, in every bite.

PILLAR 03

Cooked in our kitchen, not a factory.

Every piece is fried to order. What you taste in Ulaanbaatar is the same standard served across 2,000+ stores worldwide.
